Erik C. Burggraf is an attorney with Siff & Associates handling client matters concerning labor and employment law, administrative law, and compliance with federal lobbying laws and related ethics regulations. His employment law practice focuses on developing workplace policies, drafting employee handbooks, and the drafting and enforcement of restrictive covenants in employment agreements. Mr. Burggraf’s administrative law practice focuses on counseling clients on regulatory matters associated with the implementation of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the Bank Secrecy Act.Mr. Burggraf previously worked for the Administrative Law Division of the Office of General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) where he handled agency matters related to the Freedom of Information Act and the Davis-Bacon Act. Before law school, Mr. Burggraf served as a legal assistant in the International Arbitration Practice at the Washington, DC office of White & Case LLP, coordinating various matters for presentation to the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) at the World Bank.Mr. Burggraf is a graduate of the George Mason University School of Law where he served as a member of the George Mason Law Review and the Honor Committee. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.

A native of Maine, Erik enjoys spending his free time outdoors cycling, hiking, and camping.
